These Cinnamon Banana Pancakes are a perfect way to satisfy the pancake cravings whilst getting some extra energy, fibre and antioxidants! They’re also really versatile so you can tweak some of the ingredients and the toppings! (Click “Print Recipe” to access the recipe.) Jump to Recipe Print Recipe @safeeneats https://www.instagram.com/safeeneats/ Hey Pri, my fav place was so so so hard to pick, but because I’m a major sweet tooth, I just went with Mister Nice Guy’s Bakeshop in Ascot Vale, Melbourne. Their pastries are so thick and legit that you wouldn’t even tell that they’re all dairy and egg free! If you told 18 year old Safeen that just transitioned to a plant based diet, that she would eat vegan food like this in the future, she would not believe you because I started off this diet with barely any variety for plant foodies in Kuala Lumpur! It’s so cool how veganism has come this far. Yum! @not_quite_nigellahttps://www.instagram.com/not_quite_nigella/ This photo pretty much sums me up in a bowl.My name is Danielle. I am a huge foodie, fitness enthusiast and oh did I mention I am a little obsessed with açaí bowls. I could eat them for breakfast, lunch and dinner as not only do they taste like dessert but you can jam-pack so many nutrients and superfoods into one meal. This was taken at one of my favourite local cafés in Melbourne, Serotonin Eatery.Eating healthy, wholesome food is simple, and never has to be boring. Growing up in Zimbabwe has taught me so many things and now being a full time student, I have also come to know how important nutrition and physical health is to your mental health. Not only am I really passionate about fueling your body with the right foods but I also just love cooking for people. It’s good for the body and good for the soul. I believe it brings people together and giving to others fills us in so many ways. Please check out my Instagram page @not_quite_nigella for more!
