Crispy Sticky Tofu

This is one of my faves! I love it because of how versatile this is. You can eat this with rice, in a veggie bowl, in a wrap or even by itself!! Trust me on this one, it’s super easy and super delicious!

Crispy Tofu

  • 250 gm Medium Firm Tofu
  • 4 tbsp Corn Starch
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseed Oil

Sticky Sauce

  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tbsp Maple Syrup
  • ½ tsp White Vinegar


  • 4-6 leaves Hot Thai Basil
  • ½ tbsp Sesame Seeds


Crispy Tofu

  • Cut the tofu into 1/2 inch slices and coat them with corn starch.
  • Heat the oil in pan on medium high and add the slices of tofu once the oil is hot.
  • Pan fry the tofu on each side for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Mix the ingredients of the sauce and add it to the pan once the tofu is crispy.
  • Make sure to coat all the tofu and cook for 2 minutes until the sauces reduces completely.
  • Garnish with hot Thai basil and sesame seeds.
