Cinnamon and Banana Pancakes

Pancakes are definitely an all time favorite breakfast! These Cinnamon Banana Pancakes are a perfect way to satisfy the pancake cravings whilst getting some extra energy, fibre and antioxidants! They’re also really versatile so you can tweak some of the ingredients and the toppings!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 flax egg
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Blend all the ingredients together until it forms a smooth batter
  • Heat a pan on a medium flame and add in some coconut oil
  • Scoop the pancake batter into the pan and cook until bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then flip and cook the other side
  • Serve with dairy free yogurt, maple syrup, fruit and nut of your choice
