Truffle Edamame

  • 500 g Frozen edamame
  • 2 tbsp Truffle oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • Salt to taste


  • In a pot of boiling water, boil the frozen edamame till they rise to the top of the water.
  • In another pan, heat truffle oil, add chopped garlic and chilli flakes.
  • Add the edamame to the pan with the oil and toss for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add salt to taste and serve.
