Mix all the dry ingredients into the flour.
Add 2 tablespoons of milk at a time to the dry mix till you have a cake batter consistency and whisk till there are no lumps.
Dip the florets into the flour mix and line on a baking tray.
Preheat your oven to 200°C and bake cauliflower for 10-15 minutes or until crispy, while turning them halfway through.
While your cauliflower is in the oven, prepare Bang Bang sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
When the cauliflower is ready, toss in the sauce and serve hot. Garnish with scallions and sesame seeds.
