Cut the tofu into 1/2 inch slices and coat them with corn starch.
Heat the oil in pan on medium high and add the slices of tofu once the oil is hot.
Pan fry the tofu on each side for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Mix the ingredients of the sauce and add it to the pan once the tofu is crispy.
Make sure to coat all the tofu and cook for 2 minutes until the sauces reduces completely.
Garnish with hot Thai basil and sesame seeds.
